The StreetSmart™ Address Correction reduces carrier address correction services costs and improves delivery performance. E-Track is able to retrieve delivery status of an individual package or groups of packages from carrier websites and downloads all the tracking information directly to the SPSS history file. Real-time decision-making and analysis tools reduce costly errors, enhance productivity, and control shipping costs. E-mail and fax shipment notifications significantly reduce customer phone calls and improve customer service.
