Unable to locate DNL file on server
-- quote --

In Windows 2003 you need to set the approiate MIME type. NOTE: This is the webserver where the file is hosted, not your current PC. This may need to be
done your webhosting company.

Other web servers may or may not require it but it is better to do
regardless. Windows 2003 server is designed to be very secure. It will not
serve files with unknown extensions (pretty much everything apart from HTM, ASP, JPG, GIF etc). You need to create the following MIME type association:

Extension: .dnl
MIME-Type: application/x-msdownload

Go to the Internet Services Manager, and right-click on your web site and
select “Properties”. Click the “HTTP Headers” tab and click the “Mime
Types…” button. Click “Add” and add the association.
