How to pair geo Minim Electricity Energy Monitor :
When you enter pairing mode, and you see the blank screen, can you try holding down the middle button for 4-5 seconds to see if the screen changes?
Holding down this button will un-pair the transmitter, so you can then re-pair it again. Once the screen reads 'unpaired', you can then hold down the button on the transmitter to pair the devices.
