Failed to add firewall exception for steamwebhelper.exe

Possible solution Windows 10:


1- Navigate to- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\cef\cef.winxp

2- Right click copy steamwebhelper.exe

3- Navigate to- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin

4- Right click paste steamwebhelper.exe

Restart pc start steam error should be gone when you start steam.
