Supermicro IPMICFG
How to avoid changing fan speed rotation (if this is annoying you).

Get Fan speed information:

IPMICFG-Win.exe -fan

To avoid changing fan rotation speed set [Heavy IO]:

IPMICFG-Win.exe -fan 4

You can download utility form SuperMicro web site:
